For Individual or Joint Account Holder
- Three copies passport size photographs of each account holder. (The account holder must sign on the backside of each photograph)
- Two copies recent Passport Size Photographs of Nominee(s) duly attested by the account holder(s)
- Photocopy of National lD (Both Account Holder & Nominee)
- Cheque Slip / Bank Statement / Bank Certificate (Mandatory in case where National lD Card is not available)
(Containing the name of applicant’s father’s name, mother’s Name & Bank Account, Routing No.) - National lD Card is not available then, Photocopy of Passport/Driving License/nationality Certificate with attested Photo.
- Photocopy of Employee lD Card.
- Two copies recent Passport Size Photographs of authorized person, if any (attested by the Account holder) and also a copy of National lD of the authorized person.
- E-TlN Photocopy (If any)

- Foreign Currencies Bank Account Statement.
- Photocopy of valid passport (page 1 to 5).
- Service agreement with the employer / work permit / valid work visa.
- Passport size photograph of authorized person (s) duly attested by the account Holder(s).
- Non-resident investors Taka Account (NlTA Account) Certificate (Containing Name of the applicant Father’s Name) Mother’s name and bank account number.

For Company Account
- Board resolution authorizing the account opening and the signatories to sign on behalf of the company.
- Copy of valid Company Trade License.
- Company of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
a. Copy of the company Certificate of Incorporate and Commencement of Business.
b. Latest copy of From-XII. - Specimen signature (Include separately or in attached account opening form).
- Company E-TIN copy.
- Bank Certificate/Bank Statement & Cheque Leaf (Photocopy)
- 1 Copy of a valid photo ID of each account operator.
- Valid Photo ID of the CEO/Managing Director of the company.
- 2 Copy picture of authorized signatories with signature.
- Authorized signatories NID copy with signature.
